20 March- World Oral Health Day

FDI has created colorful resources yet again that you can also dowload and share!

We in Hungary did a lot of work translating more than 30 of these: Key Message Cards, Info Sheets, Social Media Cards and more, so that we can spread them locally as well.

See these below and go to the original page to dowload them in English and many other languages!

This year, FDI invites you to take part in the newly launched #MouthProud challenge. The challenge unites people in celebration of WOHD, by asking them to post a video or photo of themselves using our Instagram and Facebook filters or online polaroid tool, to show that their mouth is important. Tag your colleagues and friends to get them involved! Use this post to kick things off, or write your own…

“This #WorldOralHealthDay, take part in the #MouthProud Challenge! Capture yourself in a video or photo and share what your mouth means to you. Together, let’s spread the message and encourage people to look after their oral health to enjoy a lifetime of smiles. I nominate [tag four friends]

#WOHD23 #MouthProud”

As for 2022, for the 2023 campaign FDI counts on your actions to create a global movement. For this reason, we are looking to find out how many of you will participate by organizing activities on and around the 20th of March. In order to get a clear view, could you reply to the following questions?

1.     Will your Association celebrate World Oral Health Day 2023?

2.     What activities are you planning?  Please share them following this link https://www.worldoralhealthday.org/map-activities.

Please share your replies directly in the form following the link. We rely on you to activate the campaign globally.

Finally, we would like to remind you that a dedicate area for FDI members called “Member Hub” exists on the World Oral Health Day website and would like to encourage each association to create an account, if you haven’t already. You can create your account here: https://www.worldoralhealthday.org/user/register
